During my last presentation I mentioned some useful software tools that I use on a daily basis, I’m always looking for ways to make life easier.
And things have become a lot easier in the last number of years, you don't need to be a code ninja to make changes to your website, no matter what your weakness is there are tools out there to help.
Mailchimp
You can Use MailChimp's drag-and-drop editor to quickly put together campaigns at the office, or on the go from a tablet or smartphone. You can get your first 2000 contacts free.

Zendesk
In my humble opinion this is the best customer service software out there, and it includes live chat if you want to add it to your website, plus the listening features
of Facebook and Twitter.Zendesk makes it easy to support customers when they need your help. Zendesk also makes it easy for them to help themselves when they don’t.
